4-WEEK ONLINE COACHING PLAN | £300

The Restore Programme

A 4-week programme held over Zoom, where we take an overview of what life is like for you right now, and what needs to change. I'll introduce you to a way of living that will reduce stress, increase energy and restore clarity.

  • 1 x 90 minute initial session to review what life is like for you right now.

  • 3 x 60 minute sessions including the final session where we look at maintaining your successes.

6-WEEK ONLINE COACHING PLAN | £420

The Rebalance Programme

A 6-week programme held over Zoom, that includes everything from Restore, Rebalance takes a deeper dive into those strengths and qualities you've forgotten that you can utilise again to bring balance back into your home and work life.

WHAT YOU GET

  • 1 x 90 minute initial session to review what life is like for you right now.

  • 5 x 60 minute sessions including the final session where we look at maintaining your successes.

  • Everything from the Restore programme plus:

  •  We look at your strengths and how these will support you.

  •  What your core values are, and does your life right now reflect these.

  • Healthy lifestyle habits to reduce stress, increase energy and restore wellbeing.

  •  Weekly motivational texts to keep you motivated and help you move forward.

10-WEEK ONLINE COACHING PLAN | £700

The Thrive Programme

A 10-week programme,  Thrive, held over Zoom, includes everything from Restore and Rebalance and builds on this so you clearly see the future you want and can have, the barriers to remove, putting you in a place where you are completely yourself again and thrive.

WHAT YOU GET

  • 1 x 90 minute initial session to review what life is like for you right now.

  • 9 x 60 minute sessions including the final session where we look at maintaining your successes.

  • Everything from the Restore and Rebalance programmes plus:

  • We compassionately look at any limiting beliefs you have that are holding you back and how to overcome these.

  • Wellness visioning - looking at the life you deserve and want. Here you recognise what makes you happy, brings balance, and allows you to thrive.

  • 2 additional 20 minute laser coaching sessions to help if you find yourself stuck, helping you maintain commitment and motivation. 

  • Tailored resources and guides to help you move forward.

WORKPLACE WELLNESS

I partner with organisations to offer group Health & Wellness Coaching and 1:1 pop-up coaching clinics, delivered onsite or over Zoom. These sessions provide employees with practical support to reduce stress and strengthen wellbeing. Please contact me to discuss how this can support your team.
